Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Scheduling, medical, or phone experience a plus.
• Computer literacy and comfort with scheduling systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the Matchmaker: pair caregivers with clients considering health needs, personality fit, skill, and preferences.
• Keep Relationships Strong: liaise between clients, families, and field staff to ensure smooth communication.
• Own the Schedule: maintain up-to-date schedules and anticipate conflicts.
• Think Fast, Act Smart: adapt to emergencies or last-minute changes while maintaining client care.
• Drive Performance: monitor field staff, track attendance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Solve the Daily Puzzle: assemble shifts and coverage with client-first focus.
• Fuel the Team Energy: collaborate with branch staff to keep a positive office environment.
• Welcome New Clients: guide onboarding and set a caring tone for relationships.
• Stay Tech-Savvy: use scheduling software to keep records current and compliant.
