Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Scheduling, medical, or phone experience a plus.
• Computer literacy and comfort with scheduling systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the Matchmaker: pair caregivers with clients by health needs, personality fit and preferences, ensuring comfort for both sides.
• Keep Relationships Strong: act as liaison between clients, families, and field staff, building trust and smooth communication.
• Own the Schedule: maintain accurate schedules, anticipate conflicts, and keep operations running smoothly.
• Think Fast, Act Smart: respond to emergencies or last‑minute changes with solutions that protect clients and staff.
• Drive Performance: monitor field staff activity, attendance and reliability, offering constructive feedback.
• Solve the Daily Puzzle: coordinate shifts and needs with a client‑first mindset.
• Fuel the Team Energy: collaborate with branch teammates to keep the office energized.
• Welcome New Clients: guide onboarding, answer questions, set a caring tone.
