Arthritis Knee Pain Centers in New Jersey seeks a motivated medical receptionist to join our team as Care Coordinator II. You will act as a liaison between patients and our Revenue Cycle Center to ensure patients receive the treatment they need and maintain long-term relationships with our practice.

The role requires handling billing estimates, coverage inquiries, scheduling, and coordination of patient care while protecting patient information and providing excellent service.

Qualifications

• Medical receptionist experience required.
• Knowledge of medical insurance benefits and coverage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Generate estimated patient financial responsibility.
• Converse with patients regarding coverage and benefits.
• Collect initial portion of financial responsibility.
• Maintain discretion regarding patient health information.
• Schedule treatments.
• Coordinate patient care.
• Properly route patient inquiries.
• Reconcile collections.
• Ensure administrative data collection accuracy.
