The role focuses on coordinating care, handling inquiries, and maintaining patient privacy in a private practice setting. The position emphasizes in-person office work, Monday to Friday, with opportunities to support diverse orthopedic care.

Arthritis Knee Pain Centers is looking to bring a motivated medical receptionist onto our team!

As Care Coordinator II, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients are well served and enjoy a long-term relationship with our practice. You will act as a liaison between the Revenue Cycle Center and the patients in our practice. The target is to work with our patients to ensure that they receive the treatment they need.
