Qualifications

• Prior home health care or home care experience is highly desirable.
• High School or GED is required; an Associate’s Degree is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage caregiver scheduling and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payers, and community organizations.
• Coordinate client services and manage scheduling issues.
• Manage and grow your client caseload.
• Develop strong, communicative relationships with the team.
• Interview, hire, and orient reliable and compassionate caregivers.
• Serve as primary support for daily EVV and payroll functions.
