Traditional Home Care in State College, PA is seeking a dedicated Care Coordinator to monitor and coordinate non-medical home care services for clients. You will ensure compliance with state regulations and company policy while optimizing service quality and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior home health care or home care experience is highly desirable.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
