Job summary

East Adams Rural Healthcare seeks a Care Coordinator (NA-C/Registrar) to support a 24/7 care coordination team in both clinic and emergency department settings. The role includes rooming patients, recording vitals, processing referrals, and assisting clinical teams across shifts.

Responsibilities also cover patient portal queries, medical records, EMS documentation, and RN delegated duties. The position requires WA-NA-C certification and CPR/BLS, with a full-time NOC schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current WA State NA-C certification.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Rooming patients and recording vitals for walk-in and ED.
• Responding to patient portal questions (within scope).
• Medical record requests and patient referrals (inbound/outbound).
• RN delegated duties and other patient care tasks.
• Room turnover and EMS/ambulance records processing.
• Registration of ER/walk-in patients and related documentation.
