The Case Manager position is responsible for providing a wide array of culturally sensitive, recovery oriented, trauma sensitive, direct clinical services provided in conjunction with other staff. Services provided by this position may include assessment, treatment planning, referrals, and case management. Clinical experience with Substance Use Disorders is preferred and preference will be given to those with applicable experience. The Clinical Care Coordinator / Case Manager works with residents of Dane County needing to complete an assessment and follow up requirements to regain their driving privileges after being arrested for Operating While Impaired (OWI) related charges. Case Management duties include filing reports with the Department of Transportation, community referrals, brief intervention, following a case to help ensure compliance with a plan, and coordination with treatment providers and consumers, which includes phone calls, emails, and sending letters. The Clinical Care Coordinator / Case Manager will also complete timely and professional documentation. This position reports directly to the Clinical Assessment Program Coordinator. Minimum annual service hours are 1280.
