Job summary

Independence Village of Midland is seeking a Care Coordinator to provide and coordinate resident care, lead the care team, and support daily operations in a full-time day-shift role.

You’ll participate in rounds, assist with medication administration, and ensure service plans are followed while maintaining safety and quality care for residents at this Michigan community.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: High school diploma/GED and successful completion of Care Specialist I and II curriculum within 90 days of hire and at least 6 months of recent experience as a Care Specialist or equivalent experience.
• Certificates and Licenses: CPR/First Aid certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Computer Skills: Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office in Windows with ability to master company software.

Independence Village of Midland Care Coordinator Full Time Day Shift Four Days 6AM 2PM and One Day 8AM 430PM Up to 19 Per Hour Depending on Experience and Certifications

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible to provide and coordinate resident care to ensure quality care is delivered as well as provide care team leadership

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
