Job summary

A Place at Home Little Rock is seeking a dependable Care Coordinator to join our Little Rock office. You’ll work with our scheduling team to keep daily operations running smoothly and ensure clients and caregivers have the support they need.

Key duties include coordinating schedules, managing the scheduling system, assisting with caregiver shifts, and communicating with caregivers, clients, and families. A positive, team-oriented attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• Organized and dependable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working on a computer and learning new software.
• Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
• Home care, healthcare, scheduling, or office experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with schedulers and the office team.

• Help handle caregiver call-outs and last-minute staffing needs.
• Communicate with caregivers, clients, and families.

A Place At Home is looking for a dependable, organized, and people-focused Care Coordinator to join our Little Rock office. In this role, you’ll work closely with our scheduling team to help keep daily operations running smoothly and make sure our clients and caregivers have the support they need.

What You’ll Do
