EventusWholeHealth in the United States is seeking a Clinician Support Specialist to assist Advanced Practice Clinicians and facility staff, coordinating workflows and enhancing communication among patients, providers, and care teams.

The CSS role emphasizes clinical support, documentation, scheduling, and liaison work to improve patient care quality and clinician efficiency in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified/Registered Medical Assistant, CNA, or PCT highly preferred.
• Minimum one year of patient care experience preferred; medical scribing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for daily clinical rounds by ensuring patient information, documentation, and schedules are ready.
• Support clinicians with encounter documentation, data entry, and chart preparation.
• Coordinate and maintain accurate patient schedules, including admissions, discharges, and acute changes.
• Serve as liaison between clinicians, facility staff, patients, and families to support communication and quality care.
• Assist with triage needs and documentation as directed by the clinician.
• Organize and manage clinical documentation, including labs, diagnostics, and records.
• Host and support telehealth visits for routine and acute care needs.
• Obtain and process patient consents and route documentation appropriately.
• Participate in facility meetings and communicate updates to the care team.
• Support discharge planning and ensure accurate census and records.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the organization positively.
