Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a full‑time Coordinator within National Medical Excellence Program to support intake calls from the phone queue and coordinate with clinical and administrative teams. You will use systems like MedCompass and HRP, verify eligibility and benefits, document information, and assist with transplant-related authorizations and referrals.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in medical support roles, and strong Excel and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as a medical assistant, office assistant, or similar clinical role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
• Ability to communicate with diverse populations and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Intake and triage calls from providers or members.
• Use Aetna systems (MedCompass, HRP, ASD, CEC, ATV) to build and enter member data.
• Perform non-medical research including eligibility, COB, and benefits verification.
• Maintain accurate documentation to meet regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Handle referrals and outreach calls; process communications via telephone, fax, EDI.
• Collaborate with clinical team, medical directors, and claims staff to coordinate care.
• Communicate with transplant centers and coordinate transplant services.
