Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle intake of calls from providers or members.
• Research and enter member information in systems.
• Verify eligibility, COB, and benefits per protocols.
• Document required information accurately for risk and compliance.
• Coordinate with clinical teams and transplant coordinators.
• Process referrals and authorizations as applicable.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to policies.
