CVS Health seeks a dedicated Medical Support professional to coordinate inbound calls for the National Medical Excellence Program. You will use Aetna systems to build and verify member information, research eligibility and benefits, and support precertification processes.

Responsibilities include intake of calls from providers and members, documenting information, and collaborating with clinical teams to coordinate transplant services.

Formación

• 2+ years’ experience in medical/clinical support roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to communicate with diverse populations.
• Team-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Handle intake of calls from providers or members.
• Use Aetna systems to build and enter member information.
• Perform non-medical research including eligibility and benefits verification.
• Document information accurately and maintain compliance.
• Process referrals and outreach calls as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical team, medical directors, and staff.
• Initiate authorizations for kidney transplant services.
• Protect confidentiality of member information and adhere to policies.
• Support precertification processes in line with laws and NCQA standards.
• Sedentary work with extensive computer use.
