Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Intake calls from providers or members.
• Enter member information in Aetna systems (MedCompass, HRP, ASD, CEC, ATV).
• Verify eligibility, COB, and benefits.
• Document accurately for risk management and regulatory needs.
• Coordinate with clinical team, medical directors, and staff.
• Process referrals and outreach calls as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality per company policies.
• Support precertification processes and transplant-related workflows.
