CVS Health in Missouri is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to coordinate National Medical Excellence Program activities. The role centers on handling inbound calls, verifying eligibility and benefits, and coordinating with clinical and claims teams to support transplant services.

The position requires 2+ years as a medical assistant or equivalent, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work well in a team while maintaining confidentiality. 40 hours weekly with competitive benefits.

Formación

• 2+ years' experience as a medical assistant or similar.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to communicate with diverse populations.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Performs intake of calls from providers or members.
• Uses Aetna systems (MedCompass, HRP, ASD, CEC, ATV) to build and enter member information.
• Performs non-medical verification (eligibility, COB, benefits).
• Maintains documentation meeting risk, regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Handles calls via telephone, fax, or EDI; may process referrals and data entry.
• Collaborates with clinical teams, medical directors, claims, and contacting staff.
• Communicates with transplant financial coordinators and initiates kidney transplant authorizations.
• Build shell cases for transplant, cellular therapy, and gene therapy services for nurse review.
• Promotes internal/external communication to improve medical management services.
• Protects confidentiality per company policies.
