Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience as a medical assistant, office assistant or related experience.
• Minimum of 6 months of call center experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates intake and coordination of medical services and calls.
• Reviews eligibility and benefits and opens pre-certification cases.
• Communicates care plan requirements to providers and care teams.
• Maintains accurate documentation meeting regulatory requirements.
• Provides responsive support to team members and callers.
