Job summary

The Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC) at the University of Illinois System is seeking a Program Coordinator Assistant to support care coordination teams in Champaign, IL. This role involves clerical and administrative duties, ensuring timely processing of authorizations, records, and communications for DSCC clients and families.

Qualifications

• Two years of work experience comparable to a Social Work Aide II.
• Combination of college coursework in social/behavioral sciences may apply as described (conversion table provided).

Responsibilities

• Assist care coordinators and families with coordinating activities and referrals.
• Collaborate with care coordination teams and assist with releases of information and documentation.
• Update Electronic Case Record with demographic data and health determinants.
• Identify and track documentation deadlines using reports (e.g., Power BI).
• Process and route incoming correspondence and required notices within timelines.
• Ensure accuracy of client information in records and assist with financing-related documentation.
