Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of medical office experience required.

• Clear, professional written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage referrals, diagnostics, and prior authorizations.
• Monitor work queues for aging, incomplete, or unresolved items.
• Collect missing documents and test results from providers and facilities.
• Support EHR workflows and ensure orders are followed through to completion.
• Coordinate with providers, patients, and external partners to resolve barriers.
• Document follow-up activities and outcomes in the EHR.
