Job summary

VITAS Healthcare seeks an experienced supervisor to lead Admission Coordinators within the Care Connection Center in a 24/7 operations environment. You will hire, train, and develop staff, ensuring an efficient intake/admission process for all referrals, while monitoring quality, education, and KPIs.

You will collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategies, support training programs, and drive process improvements, maintaining data integrity and timely responses to complaints.

Qualifications

• Two or more years related experience supervising an operations team in a 24/7 environment.
• Call Center/Customer Service management experience preferred.
• Proven success in supporting strategic plans and attaining goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Expert in the delivery and monitoring of customer interactions.
• Strong track record of managing customer service complaints.
• Ability to analyze information and data to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Strong communication at all levels, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, support, and develop all Admission Coordinators (AC).
• Supervise all day-to-day AC activities for efficient intake/admission with new referrals.
• Monitor AC adherence to education, quality, and KPIs.
• Oversee Care Connection Center operations and data integrity.
• Support leadership strategies and program implementations.
• Identify operational efficiency and customer service improvements.
• Respond to complaints promptly and maintain QA documentation.
• Schedule and expedite workflow; develop staffing plans.
• Collaborate with programs to meet referral/admission goals.
