• Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads.
• Experience analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions.
• Working knowledge of finance regulations, legislation and current practice is essential.

Responsibilities

• Create client accounts on the system and issue subsequent billing charges.
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of financial records adhering to financial controls to ensure regulatory and statutory requirements are met.
• Support development and maintenance of effective relationships with stakeholders, including liaising with Income and Care Finance teams, ensuring issues and shortfalls are addressed and remedied to deliver high standards of customer care.
