Job summary

Qualifications

• AA in Healthcare related field or Certification in Medical Office Assistant or Medical Assistant preferred.
• 2 years medical office reception, call center or back office experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow insurance company requirements to obtain authorization for services.
• Act as liaison between referring provider, registration, clinic support and intake teams.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure appointments are authorized appropriately.
