Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Indian River Hospital on Florida’s Treasure Coast is seeking a Program Administrator to lead the Hospital Care at Home program. You will drive development, implementation, and governance of high-functioning programs, overseeing a team of 16 service coordinators and budget reporting.

Responsibilities include day-to-day operations, data compilation, scorecards, scheduling, and staff orientation in line with Joint Commission guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science or related field.
• Five years of relevant experience including two years managing large projects.
• Organizational, personnel and financial management experience.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost analysis, manpower planning, supervision and operational analysis.
• Self-directed with ability to work independently and collaborate with colleagues.
• Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to direct and evaluate the efforts of others.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation and maintenance of expertise to support high-functioning programs.
• Oversee day-to-day program operations, monitor patient volumes, resolve escalations and support governance reporting.
• Oversee scorecards and metrics; lead 16 service coordinators and prepare regular financial reports.
• Schedule staff to ensure coverage of all department functions.
• Provide orientation to new employees in line with guidelines.
• Plan, manage and monitor the annual budget including projections and expenses.
• Plan and execute marketing analysis to determine department market position.
• Make decisions on employment, compensation, promotions and terminations; conduct evaluations.
• Guide and advise employees in complex aspects of their work.
• Other duties as assigned.
