Job summary

North Ayrshire Council is seeking a Care at Home Assistant for Largs to support service users at home, helping them maintain independence and dignity. You will provide personal care and assist with daily activities, reporting to the Care at Home Manager, with training and guidance provided.

Applicants must register with the SSSC within 3 months of starting and may be required to join the PVG scheme; references will be checked, and interviews may be held in person or via Teams.

This 4 on 4 off post is based within our Care at Home Service, Largs. Reporting to the Care at Home Manager you will be involved in supporting service users in the community to live independently within their own homes. You will assist with all aspects of personal care as described in the role profile. For more information see the attached Role Profile below.
