Job summary

Avera At Home in Pierre, SD is seeking a compassionate caregiver to provide personal care to elderly or disabled clients in home or facility settings. You will assist with daily living activities, meal prep, housekeeping, and transportation related tasks as outlined in the plan of care.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, reporting status changes to the nurse supervisor, and ensuring safety and infection control standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification is required or will be required upon hire.
