Job summary

Avera At Home in Milbank, SD is seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide in-home and facility-based personal care. You will assist with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, meal prep, and accompany patients on social activities as outlined by the care plan.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation and promptly reporting changes to the supervisor. A valid CNA license, drivers license, and good communication are essential for this role.
