The Care and Operations Specialist serves as a vital operationaland student-facing member of the Office of Student Advocacy (OSA)team, balancing non-clinical, trauma-informed student support withhigh-level administrative coordination. This professional is thecentral point of contact for students navigating academic orpersonal concerns and utilizes an empathetic, student-centeredapproach, ensuring students are seamlessly connected to essentialinternal and external resources to foster their success andretention.
Daily responsibilities include managing all intake processes,creating and assigning meticulous student case files, providingdirect student support, providing programmatic support to specialpopulations served by OSA, providing administrative support to allOSA staff, and tracking departmental key performance indicators andlongitudinal student need trends. The Specialist also works closelywith the Finance Team to procure goods and services and activelyparticipates in professional development and universitycommittees.
Salary Range: 46,000
