Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable caregivers to provide 1:1 support in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will help with daily activities, support skill-building, and encourage independence while following individualized care plans.

This role offers full and part-time schedules, paid training, a flexible timetable, and weekly pay. We value compassion, dependable attendance, and the ability to work independently and respectfully with diverse abilities.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work in clients' homes supporting, encouraging and helping with skill-building activities.
• Take clients into the community to support personal goals outside the home.

ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
