Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers to provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will help with daily activities, support skill-building, and accompany clients to community engagements to reach personal goals.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with paid training, flexible schedules, weekly pay, and a virtual interview process. Join a team dedicated to making a real difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care to recipients in clients' homes.
• Support and encourage skill-building activities.
• Assist with daily living tasks as needed.
• Involve recipients in community activities to promote goals.
• Follow care plans and document observations.
