Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to be the vital link between patients, providers, and insurers—ensuring every step of the care journey is seamless, efficient, and supportive.

Responsibilities include reconciling patient payments, performing insurance verification, obtaining prior authorizations, handling weekly/monthly collections, and maintaining strong relationships with patients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile patient payments and units billed while following HIPAA guidelines.
• Follow processes for Insurance Verification and/or benefits management.
• Obtain authorization and/or prior authorization.
• Over the counter collections and reconciliation of all charges weekly and monthly.
• Maintain relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments.
