Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience required, preferably in a health care environment.
• Must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR within 90 days of hire.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between clients and clinic.
• Assist with public health coverage program applications.
• Conduct outreach and participate in marketing campaigns.
• Maintain activity records and submit progress reports.
• Advocate on behalf of the customer concerning barriers to coverage.

Skills

Customer service experience

Bilingual in Spanish, Russian, or Ukrainian

Ability to interpret various instructions

Education

High school graduation

AA or BA in Social Services (preferred)
