Job summary

Parkwest Casino in Rancho Cordova, CA, is seeking a Server to deliver outstanding hospitality and guest service in a fast-paced casino dining environment. You will be expected to know the menu, upsell daily specials, and assist in creating a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable of the menu and daily specials; inform customers and make recommendations.
• Write customers' food orders on slips and enter orders into the computer for kitchen transmission.
• Deliver excellent guest service and strive to elevate service for our guests.
• Roll silverware, set up for next shift, buss tables after guests finish dining.
• Build positive rapport with guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Work with a team and maintain an upbeat attitude during shift.
• Display a commitment to hospitality and guest satisfaction.
