Job summary

Pfizer Inc. in the United States seeks a CARD Health & Science Professional (HSP) to promote breakthrough therapies for NVAF or VTE and to grow territory sales.

You will engage providers in person and virtually, applying disease-state knowledge and compliant messaging while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver Pfizer objectives. The role requires strong analytical skills, effective cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to compliant, evidence-based promotion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher required; 2+ years field sales or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Ability to work remotely and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve Pfizer objectives.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales in assigned territory.
• Engages with customers face to face and virtually.
• Develops and implements effective business and territory call plans; leverages live/virtual engagement strategies.
• Builds rapport and relationships with customers in live and virtual environments; uses digital tools effectively.
• Uses internal reports and analytics to identify opportunities and guide strategies.
• Educates providers on unbranded and branded product value with disease state knowledge.
• Collaborates across the organization to address inquiries and advance Pfizer objectives.
• Completes all administrative tasks on time and compliantly.
