Responsibilities

• Take patient history, perform assessments, order and interpret diagnostic studies.
• Provide direct treatment and management with prescriptive authority or referrals.
• Counsel patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and resources.
• Document care per specialty standards and participate in staff and student education.
• Perform other related functions as assigned.
