Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide advanced cardiovascular surgical care. The role supports operating room procedures, preoperative planning, and postoperative management while collaborating with surgeons and a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate has surgical first assist experience, strong clinical skills, and the ability to thrive in a high-functioning team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing or PA studies.
• 1–3 years' experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in a cardiovascular surgery OR setting.
• State of Michigan NP/PA license required; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients per department guidelines.
• Assist in operating room including endoscopic vein and radial artery harvesting.
• Provide on-call coverage and participate in pre/intra/postoperative care.
