Baptist Health Boca Raton Regional Hospital is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse for its Seasonal Nursing Pool. You will provide patient-family centered care, float across units, and work 12-hour shifts with a 36-hour weekly commitment.

The role requires an ASN RN, Florida RN license, and BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP credentials as applicable. Seasonal staff are not eligible for standard benefits and PTO during the contract period.

Qualifications

• ASN, Licensed Registered Nurse eligible to practice in FL; BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP (dependent upon unit) certification by the AHA or American Red Cross.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-family centered care.
• Utilize evidence-based practice standards of quality, safety and service.
• Float to all areas within the hospital and work three 12-hour shifts per week with every other weekend.
