Job summary

Baptist Health in Boca Raton is recruiting for a Tier 1 Pool Registered Nurse on a seasonal, per diem contract in the Cardiovascular Step Down unit with 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM shifts. The role requires a Florida RN license, active BLS/ACLS/PALS, and a minimum of two years’ acute care experience.

Nurses will float to various departments as needed and commit to 36 hours per week across three twelve-hour shifts, with weekends as required.

Qualifications

• Active FL RN license with 2+ years of acute care experience.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications required.
• ASN degree or higher in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in cardiovascular step-down units.
• Float to areas as needed and rotate shifts.
• Work per diem shifts of 6:30A-7P and maintain professional standards.
