Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Associate degree with 4+ years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED with 6+ years of Sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare/science (Senior)
• Associate degree and 6+ years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare/science
• High school diploma with 8+ years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare/science

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals to drive appropriate utilization.
• Promote Amgen products and implement marketing strategy as led by the District Manager.
• Achieve territory sales targets through both in-person and virtual engagement.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts, including discussions based on customer needs and maintaining product contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance; develop territory plans with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow as a Senior Specialty Representative.
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen’s products and keep patient impact at the forefront throughout the sales cycle.
