Job summary

Amgen in the United States is seeking a Specialty Representative or Senior Specialty Representative for the cardiovascular franchise. You will be the primary contact for medical professionals, educating them on product benefits and navigating payer processes as part of a dynamic district team.

You will implement marketing strategy, build accounts, manage access and contracts, and support territory planning with the District Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Associate degree with 4+ years sales experience.
• High school diploma with 6+ years sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals.
• Promote products and implement marketing strategy, achieving sales targets.
• Develop relationships to service accounts, manage access and contracts.
• Provide feedback on strategy and territory performance with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role.
• Maintain patient-focused, science-based communication throughout the sales cycle.
