Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative to connect with medical professionals, share clinical knowledge, and navigate payer environments. The role promotes Amgen products under the District Manager's guidance and supports career development within a dynamic team.

The position requires building strong customer relationships, driving territory sales, and contributing to market access strategies while upholding Amgen values and patient-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree OR Associate's degree with 4+ years sales experience OR high school diploma with 6 years sales experience.
• Senior Specialty Representative requires Bachelor's with 3+ years sales/clinical experience; or Associate with 6 years sales/clinical experience; or high school with 8 years sales/clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide current knowledge of Amgen products and communicate clinical benefits to medical professionals.
• Deliver branded sales messages and participate in education programs to achieve territory targets.
• Develop relationships with accounts, tailor discussions to customer needs, and manage product access and contracts.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to develop territory plans and share best practices.
