Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Specialty Representative/Senior Specialty Representative in the Cardiovascular area to connect with medical professionals, promote products, and navigate payer environments. This field-based role emphasizes relationship building, territory management, and strong product knowledge.

Responsibilities include delivering branded messages, developing territory plans, and ensuring patient access while collaborating with the District Manager and other teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related sales experience.
• Associate degree plus 4 years of sales experience acceptable.
• High school diploma with 6 years of sales experience acceptable.
• Senior qualifications include healthcare/clinical experience in lieu of sales.
• Three or more years of sales experience in pharma/biotech/medical devices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals.
• Lead as a sales leader to achieve territory sales and deliver through programs.
• Develop relationships to service accounts and manage access and contracts.
• Provide feedback on marketing strategy and territory performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in role.
• Sustain brand and patient impact throughout the sales cycle.
• Uphold Amgen values and ethical standards in all activities.
