You will connect with medical professionals, promote products, and navigate payer environments within a defined geographic territory, focusing on patients' needs and payer access. You will deliver branded messages, educate on product benefits, and drive sales while building strong relationships with accounts and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR Associate's degree with 4+ years of Sales experience OR High school diploma/GED with 6+ years of Sales experience.
• Senior Specialty Representative: Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of sales or healthcare/clinical experience; or Associate with 6 years; or HS with 8 years in sales/clinical fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical knowledge of Amgen products to medical professionals and educate on payer navigation.
• Lead territory sales with branded messages, programs, and medical education activities to meet or exceed targets.
• Develop accounts, customize discussions, ensure product access, and manage contracts.
• Give feedback on marketing strategy and plan territory actions with the District Manager.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role.
• Demonstrate passion for Amgen products while maintaining patient-centered focus.
• Uphold Amgen values: science-based approach, ethical behavior, teamwork, and accountability.
