You will convey clinical benefits to physicians, navigate payer considerations, and drive sales through in-person and virtual engagement. The role emphasizes building relationships, achieving sales targets, and aligning with district strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of sales experience for the Specialty Representative level; 3+ years for Senior level.
• Healthcare/clinical field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide current and comprehensive knowledge of Amgen’s products to medical professionals.
• Drive territory sales through branded messages and educator programs.
• Develop relationships to service and manage accounts and resolve reimbursement issues.
• Analyze territory performance and contribute to territory plans with management.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and grow in the role.
• Maintain Amgen values and focus on patient impact throughout the sales cycle.
• Support flexible work models including remote or hybrid arrangements.
