An established industry player is seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Sonographer to join its dedicated team. The Cardiovascular Sonographer performs echocardiograms and various vascular studies of patients' anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology. They must demonstrate proficiency in using ultrasound equipment to visualize and record high-quality images of the cardiovascular system in accordance with established guidelines and departmental policies.
Registered Vascular Technologist and Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer required, or alternatively, Registered Vascular Specialist and Registered Cardiac Sonographer. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
Graduate of Cardiac Ultrasound and Peripheral Vascular Ultrasound programs, or an Associate's Degree in Cardiovascular Sonography, or equivalent education and experience.
Minimum of 1 year clinical ultrasound experience. Licenses required include Registered Vascular Technologist and Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer, or Registered Vascular Specialist and Registered Cardiac Sonographer. BLS certification required.
