MarinHealth Medical Center seeks an Executive Director, Heart & Vascular Services to lead strategy, operations, and financial performance for the cardiovascular service line across the Medical Center and Network.

The role partners with cardiology, vascular and cardiac surgery leadership to drive growth, quality, access, and standardization while ensuring regulatory readiness and effective capital planning.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required.
• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business, public health, nursing, or related field preferred.
• Seven years of healthcare leadership experience with P&L responsibility preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead cardiovascular service line strategy, operations, and financials for hospital and network.
• Partner with physicians and clinical leaders to align clinical and operational priorities.
• Drive growth, quality, access, and efficiency across inpatient and ambulatory settings.
• Develop leaders and manage succession, governance, and performance.
