Job summary

MarinHealth is seeking a Clinical Cardiovascular Data Manager to lead cardiovascular registries, analytics, and regulatory reporting within the Marin Heart Institute. You will drive data governance, quality improvement, and executive reporting to support decision-making and accreditation efforts.

The role requires strong Excel and BI tool skills, plus experience with ACC/NCDR, STS, and Epic/Workday systems, in a full-time day-shift setting in Greenbrae, CA.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in nursing or related healthcare field required; Master's preferred.
Five years of cardiovascular data/registry management or analytics experience.
Experience with ACC/NCDR, STS, Chest Pain registries preferred.
Proficiency in Excel and BI visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
Knowledge of Epic, Workday, and healthcare reporting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise cardiovascular registries (ACC/NCDR, STS, Chest Pain) and data submissions.
Develop data governance, validation, and quality control standards.
Analyze data to drive quality improvement and prepare executive dashboards.
Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, IT, and quality teams.
Support accreditation readiness and regulatory reporting for cardiovascular programs.
