St. Charles Health System is seeking an Executive Medical Director of Cardiovascular Services to lead strategic and operational efforts across the system, guiding clinical excellence and patient experience on the Cardiology, Pulmonary, and Anticoagulation programs.

In collaboration with the Service Line Administrator, you will drive innovation, plan long-term service delivery, expand telemedicine, and ensure compliance with accrediting bodies while partnering with communities across Central

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an ACGME accredited residency program.
• Successful completion of an ACGME accredited fellowship in cardiology or pathway in cardiothoracic surgery.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Division’s strategic and operational cardiovascular services across the System.
• Develop, implement and evaluate clinical pathways and care models.
• Oversee collaboration with referring physicians and professional staff.
• Expand telemedicine and remote monitoring to improve access to care.
• Ensure compliance with policies and accreditation standards and drive quality initiatives.
