Job summary

AdventHealth in Celebration, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care across multiple dimensions, including physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.

You will develop individualized care plans, administer treatments, educate patients and families, and coordinate with the care team to ensure safety and quality outcomes. Florida-licensed RNs with BLS are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
1+ year in acute care hospital setting preferred.
RN licensure required (Registered Nurse).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
Develop and revise individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care.
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and protocols, monitor for adverse reactions.
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments and self-care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
