Job summary

Qualifications
- RN license/registration in good standing
- Current BLS certification required
- Strong communication and clinical judgment
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols.
- Educate patients and families on conditions and aftercare.
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate care and ensure safety.
- Document care activities accurately in the electronic health record.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Support and supervise team members to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Respond to emergencies and participate in performance improvement activities.
