AdventHealth in Wesley Chapel, Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time day shift. You will assess patients, design and carry out individualized care plans, administer medications safely, educate families, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Competenze

• Associate's Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Nursing is preferred.
• 1+ year in an acute care hospital setting is preferred.

Mansioni

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, regularly evaluating and revising as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders and protocol.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
• Evaluate care plan effectiveness and adjust to improve outcomes.
